We stand behind the work we perform on all equipment!

 

Terms and Conditions

 

All of our repairs and services are warranted for 30 days against defects in parts or materials and 90 days for labor and workmanship defects when put to ordinary and normal consumer use.

 

For the purposes of the above warranty, "ordinary and normal consumer use" refers to non-commercial, residential use and does not include misuse, accidents or damage due to inadequate maintenance.

 

The 90 day limited warranty on our repairs and services starts on the date the equipment is repaired, not when it is picked up. The warranties are applicable only to the original owner and are non-transferable.

 

All commercial repairs and services are warranted for 30 days against defects in parts, materials, labor and workmanship and does not include misuse, accidents or damage due to inadequate maintenance.

 

The 30 day limited warranty on our repairs and services starts on the date the equipment is repaired, not when it is picked up. The warranties are applicable only to the original owner and are non-transferable.

 

The warranty holder is responsible for checking oil before use each use and for the performance of the required maintenance as defined by the manufacturer's owner's manuals.

 

The warranty holder is responsible for replacement of normally wearing parts such as belts, blades, batteries, air filters, o-rings, oil filters or spark plugs not serviced at the time of repair.

 

Accessories to the machine are not covered by this warranty.

 

During the warranty period, the warranty holder is responsible for the machine transportation charges, if required.

 

During the warranty period, warranty parts will be shipped by standard method at no charge to the warranty holder.

 

Expedited shipping of warranty parts is the responsibility of the warranty holder.

 

Individualized Repair Inc. shall not be liable under any circumstances for any incidental or consequential damages or expenses of any kind, including, but not limited to, cost of equipment rentals, loss of profit, or cost of hiring services to perform tasks normally performed by your equipment.

 

 

 

What types of repairs are not covered by a warranty?

 

Common examples of repairs not covered by warranty include, but are not limited to:

 

Damage caused by stale fuel or improper fuel mix.

 

Normal wear parts that fail due to wear and tear (blades, spark plugs, o-rings, belts, brushes, valves, etc.)

 

Damage caused by improper lubrication

 

Equipment broken due to abuse or neglect of repair

Legal Information

Customer Service Agreement

 

Payment is due upon completion of work. No equipment will be returned until payment arrangements have been made prior to or at the time of pick up or delivery.

 

If the customer will not be home at the time of delivery arrangements need to be made for payment to be left somewhere on the premises or made prior to delivery.

 

If payment is not left on the premises the customer's equipment will not be returned and additional delivery fees and storage charges will accrue.

 

We accept all major credit card types

 

Equipment will remain in the possession of Individualized Repair Inc. until payment has been received in full.

 

Storage and late payment fees will apply.

 

A storage fee of $10.00 and late payment fee of $20.00 per week will be applied beginning one (1) week after notification has been given to the customer that their equipment has been repaired and is ready for pick up or delivery.

 

After thirty (30) days, any and all equipment that has not been paid for in full will become the property of Individualized Repair and will be sold to cover repair costs, pick up, delivery and storage fees.

 

All returned checks are subject to a $35 service Fee.

 

Customer agrees to a 2% per month (24% annual) finance charge on any unpaid balance, and is responsible for any and all accumulated finance charges, and all collection fees accrued by Individualized Repair Inc. to collect total debt.

 

We are fully insured should something happen to your equipment when in our possession. We never had many issues at all in the past but should something ever arise just know you are in the right hands!

 

Pick Up and Delivery

With our free pick up and delivery services we normally have customers leave equipment out.

This allows us great efficiency and allows us to continue providing free/low pricing for our services.

 

If you are not comfortable leaving your equipment out we can also call first if needed

If someone is not home for a scheduled pick up or delivery we do charge a $10 convenience free in addition to the other charges to repair your equipment.

 

If you forget to put your equipment out just give us a call and we will reschedule!

Payment is due upon completion of work. No equipment will be returned until payment arrangements have been made prior to or at the time of pick up or delivery.

 

If you will not be home at the time of delivery arrangements need to be made for payment to be left somewhere on the premises or made prior to delivery.

 

We accept all major credit cards through Square, we accept Paypal, cash and local checks

If customer pre-approves repairs on unit, we will not call, text, or otherwise communicate with customer until equipment is finished. Customer agrees to pay for completion of work up to amount pre-approved before taxes.

 

Equipment will remain in the possession of Individualized Repair Inc. until payment has been received in full.

Storage and late payment fees will apply at the schedule below.

 

A storage fee of $10.00 and late payment fee of $20.00 per week will be applied beginning one (1) week after notification has been given to the customer that their equipment has been repaired and is ready for pick up or delivery. This will be waived if arrangements are made, communication is key.

 

After thirty (30) days, any and all equipment that has not been paid for in full will become the property of Individualized Repair Inc. The items will be disposed of or sold sold to cover repair costs, pick up, delivery and storage fees. We will make multiple attempts to contact you before this happens but please communicate.

With pick up and deliveries we do not cover John Deere plastic hood damages. These hoods are extremely fragile and we recommend removing them from the machine prior to transport.

Used Equipment Warranty


We do not offer refunds of any kind on used equipment, for any reason.


We will repair or replace your mower/equipment at our discretion should you have a warranty claim.
